Green juice and whole foods, body pic before and after

My friend Pete controlled his extra weight with green freshly squeezed juice of kale, carrots, parsley, beets, green grass, spinach, celery and other whole foods. He stopped drinking soda and sugary foods. He is now happy with his weight. A year and 8 months later his weight of 420 lbs is now down to 185 lbs. He credits whole foods, juicing, biking, use of elliptical machine and supplements.
