Sweet Yam Recipe

Happy Thanksgiving!!
Sweet Yam Recipe for Thanksgiving:
Mashed cooked yam (all colors; boiled with skin on) and combine with:
Maple syrup, Walnuts, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, brown sugar
Top with organic marshmallows
Serve warm or cold
