Shared housing is becoming a norm in the valley

Those who owns a house and wanted to share the cost of high mortgage had their rooms rented out. And those who do not need a big mortgage or space, rents a room. Both of these people allowed the housing market to not have a high demand as more people can afford to pay their monthly mortgage with most of the rooms rented out including their garage and those who cannot afford to buy a house, rents a room.

I am in the same predicament as those who choose to scale down by renting a room to cut monthly expenses. Email me your need to rent your rooms out or those who wants to share a rented house by renting one or some of the rooms. Bay area only. motherhealth@gmail.com

Together we can build a community helping each other afford the housing expense in the bay area and be liquid.
