Vitamin B complex, Omega 3, fish, Vit E, avoidance of sugary foods (overripe bananas,fruits), acidophilus, sleep (calcium+magnesium+Vit C) and eating whole foods (colored ones, walnuts,pomegranate,red raspberries,strawberries,walnuts) and des-tressing via massage, dance,music and gardening/volunteering.
