Can mental illness influence the rate at which you age? by Connie b. Dellobuono
Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:
Sleeping and sitting on a wheel chair are the common habits of those with Alzheimer's disease (during the last stage). When we stop moving and stop learning, our body slowly deteriorates. There are those who live until 100 with Alzheimer's disease because the symptoms are not severe, they eat whole foods and move a lot.
In the presence of caregivers, we can avoid emergencies for those with mental health issues.
With family support, care and love, those with mental health issues can live a little longer.
