Heart attack runs in my family. We grew up eating pork. Fiber in our veggies encapsulate the fats and sugar out of our body. Digestive enzymes from pineapple/papaya/supplements help break down the fat. Sugar is our number one enemy. Cholesterol is synthesized at night, so I make sure that I sleep before 10pm or midnight and get good quality 7 to 8 hrs of sleep a day. During sleep, our bodies detoxes. Adding lemon in our water also help alkalinize our body.

Exercise is the main energy promoting action that our cells need, especially with sunshine (Vit D3).

Chewing the food well, drinking water 30min before and 30min after the meal to not dilute our stomach acids and portion control, telling our bodies that we are now full/satisfied will help us maintain our desired weight.
