My answer to Do you take supplements? If so, what and why? If not, why not?

As we age, we lack melatonin and it is much harder to sleep and I wanted to get sufficient sleep. So I take calcium, magnesium, Vitamin D3, zinc and melatonin.
When under stress, we become deficient in some nutrients. So, I take Vitamin B complex, folate and other supplements.
Now that I know what can prolong my age and health of my body/skin, I take supplements.
