Good sleep from food rich in good fat such as nuts and avocados. De-stress, get a massage and exercise 30 min a day (cross fit, dancing, swimming, jogging).

Start with warm soup before eating your salad.

Take probiotics and digestive enzymes.

And start with one meal a day with half your usual servings of whole foods.

Stay with fish and veggies and avoid meat.

Avoid caffeine, sugar, soda and canned juices and dairies and over rip fruits except citrus (lemons and fresh oranges).
