Why is rheumatoid arthritis worse at night?

My answer to Why is rheumatoid arthritis worse at night?

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

During sleep, our body detoxes and our cell’s furnace is at work.

We need to sleep early to get the benefit of sleep.

We synthesize cholesterol at night.

It also depends on what kind of food we ate, 4 hours before our sleep time.
