Try a short 15min or more exercise before your meal.
I will start with warm soup and then salad. Eat your meals during the day and not late at night. Do not eat raw banana before bedtime and many other foods are not eaten an 1hr before bedtime, except for celery juice and hormone free milk with choco powder.
We need to sleep before 10am and eat the next morning at 10am to allow for short fasting for those who want to detox.
