Some of the ways to fight depression are fight the negative thoughts (ANT therapy), anti-inflammatory diet, exercise, surrounded by nurturing environment, EPA omega 3 fatty-acids, probiotic, curcumin, SAMe,whole foods/greens, engage in your passions/volunteer and Vitamin D3.
