Lunch: Eat high fat (nuts,meat) during the day
1 cup of raw greens/lettuc. A standard serve of vegetables is 75 grams or: ½ cup cooked green (spinach) or orange vegetables (for example, broccoli, spinach, carrots or pumpkin); ½ cup cooked dried or canned beans, peas or lentils
Dinner: Eat 4hrs before bedtime, protein rich (less fat)
Your food consumption each day depends on your health goals, issues, stress, lifestyle, genetics and other factors.
