Vitamin C, lemon, and Omega 3 with exercise, sleep, whole foods and de-stressed lifestyle. Avoidance of processed foods. Eat pineapple for its digestive enzymes and pickled veggies for the probiotics. Always have fiber in your meal. Stress lowers our immune system and eat brain food (avocado/walnuts).
