  1. Have a goal, a motivation and an inspiration. Remember that when you are so sick at old age, the cost of nursing home care is equivalent to the amount of sale of two homes or more
  2. Sleep before 10pm and take probiotics and drink green juice (include juicing with celery,cucumber,cilantro,beets,carrots)
  3. Exercise (with sun exposure) 30min per day (cross fit, with weights)
  4. Volunteer
  5. Eat whole foods 4 meals a day (every 3hrs, eat from 10am to 4pm – regular meals), drink lemon water in the morn with one soft boiled egg
  6. Dinner must only be: meat-free,no fruits, no nuts, other whole foods (skin of yams,cooked kale,cooked squash,sesame seeds,asparagus)
  7. Change all plates,drinking glass and other utensils to small size (small cup, small plates, small bowl), avoid eating at restaurants or buffet
  8. Use color blue instead of orange in the kitchen (blue drinking glass)
  9. Add spearmint essential oil in drinking water (a drop of this oil in our teeth)
  10. Remove sugar/processed foods/canned foods/frozen foods/milk/cheese in the house and shop at farmer’s market (buy hormone free eggs)
