Meditation,exercise, low carbs ketogenic diet of whole foods, sleeping before 10pm, sunshine, reading and other learning activities, music, probiotics,less stress,happy disposition,positive and loving social environment/nurturing, no drugs (prescribed or OTC), avoid sugar, smoking and alcohol, avoid trauma/infection/inflammation and other unknowns.
