Each health data and measured health vitals from breathing, mood,heart rate,oxygen ,blood sugar and other health vitals (all in the wearables from) will give us accumulated data within a couple of days/weeks and see what works in our regimen (whole foods, sleep, exercise level,stress) and then tweak our regimen to optimize our health.
Nowadays, we can compare what is normal and what is optimum. If we can identify all these health info, we can facilitate health.
