Republicans in Wisconsin redrew district maps in their favor in order to hurt Democrats and ultimately win state elections in 2O12 and 2O14.
And a Federal Court just ruled that these Republican actions were UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
The GOP has been working for DECADES to defeat Democrats and silence progressive voters by gerrymandering.
They’re drawing their own districts, not based on data, but to help them win more seats. They’re making their own map — attempting to tip the scales in the favor of their own party.
This ruling is the first step to make sure that Republicans can’t rig our elections any longer!
