Connie’s comments: Best place for my 81 yr old retired mother is the Philippines, in the island of Guiamaras, part of Panay island beside Iloilo. It boasts vegetable gardens, seafood, beach, her relatives and clean air.  It is a sad day for me to let go of my mother who is my lifeline after my divorce 14 years ago.
