An internist, allergist, nutritionist, naturopathic doctor, OD (Dr of Osteopathy) and psychologist perhaps. But, if I were in your shoes, here is what I will do:

  1. A lab tests of my whole blood panel for women, family history list, lab test of gut microbes, EXOME Whole DNA test ($500), and fitness tracker that monitors my oxygen and sugar level. See Senior care and Disease Prediction
  2. I will buy hormone free food products (and shop at farmer’s market, Whole Food Store and Trader Joes).
  3. I will limit consumption of milk, cheese, corn and other food containing allergens.
  4. I will sleep at least 7hrs each day and sleep till 8am Sat and Sunday.
  5. I will try avoid stress, volunteer and do worthwhile activities such as dancing and 30 min of cross fit training with gym coach such as nc.fit
  6. I will clean up my kitchen cupboards and fridge and start fresh. Have pickled veggies. I will eat whole foods each day (ginger, garlic, onions, carrots, cilantro, celery, parsley, blueberries, kiwi, lemon water,greens/red/yellow colored ones).
  7. I will chew my food a little longer and eat food rich in digestive enzymes (papaya, pineapple, citrus).
  8. I will add the following supplements: good multi vitamin and minerals for women, probiotic, and other herbs such as peppermint, chamomile,
  • Herbal Mix. Combine 6 drops of coriander oil, 3 drops ginger oil, 4 drops black pepper oil, 1 drop peppermint oil and 8 drops sage oil. …
  • Herbal Tincture. …
  • Dandelion Root. …
  • Bergamot and Peppermint Compress. …
  • Asafoetida. …
  • Green Tea. …
  • Chamomile Tea. …
  • Basil Tea.
  1. And take it one day at a time. My love for food balanced with my love for a healthy body free from disease when I age should be my goal.

I have an unhealthy relationship with food. What kind of doctor should I see, and what should I look for in a doctor?
