Visit all our seniors, chat with them, care and massage them

In this Easter season, we encourage all to volunteer to visit senior care facilities especially the low income communities who cannot afford the $250 per day one on one caregiving. Chat with them, play musical instrument and care for them even for an hour.

Email motherhealth@gmail.com when you do, we will give you free health coaching via email.

There are many ways to care for our seniors. Bring a pet, babies, stuff toys, play music, dance with them and take them for a walk.

In the bay area, there are places that advertise Foot Massage for $20 for an hour. The whole body is also massaged. This is a good place, where they can get full body massage with clothes on, feet are soaked in warm water and very rejevenating. Do give a tip to the therapist.

They love to be around social people as their isolation brings negative energy.

Bring a flower or just yourself.
