Connie’s comments: Search this site about Sleep. Exercise, whole foods, de-stress with massage and remove any anxiety are helpful in getting a good sleep. A cool and dark bedroom helps. I take Calcium with magnesium at night and melatonin and Vitamin B complex and omega 3 during the day. I also spend 30 min of exercise each day. To remove anxiety, I have to say a prayer repeatedly as it lulls the brain to sleep, any repetitive task will put you to sleep.
