Lack in minerals signs and aging

We need minerals when

  • decreased sense of taste or smell (these sense are early warning signs of Dementia and Alzheimer)
  • cuts heal slowly and or scar easily
  • white spots on fingernails
  • gag easily
  • dry mouth, eyes , nose
  • lump in throat
  • difficulty swallowing
  • hoarseness
  • whites of eyes blue tinted
  • tendency to anemia
  • feet have a strong odor
  • crave chocolate
  • nausea with vomiting
  • morning stiffness
  • history of bone spurs
  • bursitis or tendonitis
  • pain or swelling in joints
  • joints pop or click
  • excessively flexible joints, double jointed
  • Have you ever had a herniated disk?
  • frequent skin rashes or hives
  • frequent fevers
  • cold sores, fever blisters or herpes lesions
  • calf, foot or toe cramps at rest
  • Are you shorter than you used to be ? (seniors)
  • bone loss
  • history of stress
  • history of lower right abdominal pain
  • history of carpal tunnel syndrome
