How to prepare massage oils for seniors

Ask seniors if they are sensitive to smell. Some seniors with Epilepsy and ALS do not like smells so use coconut oil as base and only add few drops of rosemary and eucalyptus oil.

Some seniors prefer back massage than foot massage. Most health issues can be helped with foot and leg massage. Do light touch when a person is suffering from vascular issues.

I prefer fresh ginger and oil base of apricot oils for those with pain and inflammation. Suggest to take supplement of turmeric and ginger capsul, up intake of greens and whole foods rich in Vitamin C.
