When microbes over power our good cells, turning against us. When this happen, they contribute to lack of sleep, eating our nutrition, and our brain not getting help in cleaning up toxins in our body during deep sleep.

We spend less time in moving, not getting sunshine and clean air and water.

We are busy being stressed out, our adrenals and liver cannot keep up with the tasks of getting rid of toxins in our body.
