Massage with almond oil with added drops of essential oils of ginger, eucalyptus, rosemary , oregano and lemon grass.

Create a dry warm compress by filling in socks with rice or beans, microwave for 3 minutes or more and placed under her feet (lying down).

Boil ginger, fresh or crystals, add honey and serve as her warm drink in the morning or all day.
