Take your B complex vitamins, stimulants like coffee, tea before 1pm. Sleep well, following healthy sleeping habits.

Get some sunshine. Slowly remove sugar including over ripe fruits and left over foods in first week or month. Do indulge in your dark chocolate, few bites a week.
