Millennials’ mental state were shaped by the environment, experiences they are exposed, the internet and their network of friends and families. The warm hugs and love they received growing up and the courage they built over the years.
My 28 yr old son said that they are more after creating experiences than buying material things. They created their own virtual and real games of cards and computers. But are more practical and full of wisdom as they live simply. He said that he will drive his 250k mileage car until it stops to save the environment and save money too.
Most of them opted not to buy a house in an expensive bay area housing market. They take time to complete their college as they get easily stressed and their weekends are packed with travels and spending time with friends and nature. They save, cautiously invest, finance their experiences and create more memories. Some still lives with their parents to save. Most are creative.
