Observing all the lifestyles of my senior clients including my parents, I collected health information such as:
- cancer starts many years before when we fail to get our sleep, eat pork or salted dried fish and raw meat, poor hygiene, abuse on alcohol, exposed to air pollution and most important to stress, not eating whole foods but more on processed and burned BBQ meat
- Alzheimer’s start with stress, meat and sugar consumption.
- There is always fungus associated with those with Alzheimer’s , Parkinsons and cancer
- Kitchen cupboards have many canned foods.
- They are past 60 years of age.
- They don’t sleep well at night.
- Stressed with long hours of work and family.
- Have anxiety.
- Have bad microbes in their gut or intestines from environmental pollution, raw meat and poor hygiene
