We DO NOT want Farr becoming a federal judge. Here’s why:
- He was directly involved in a voter suppression scheme in the 1990s that sent over 100,000 postcards to African American communities to deter and intimidate them into not voting.
- Farr has argued in favor of racist voter ID laws that were ultimately struck down by the courts for discriminating against people of color.
Trump wants to see Thomas Farr on the bench so he can advance his voter suppression agenda.
We’re on a mission to protect voting rights, and that means stopping someone like Thomas Farr from becoming a federal judge.
