| The FEC was created to regulate campaign finance and crack down on the power of dark money in our elections. It only works if the commissioners are serious about enforcing the law and holding bad actors accountable.
But now that one of the commissioners has resigned, Donald Trump has a chance to appoint a Big Money stooge to the FEC. If he stacks the FEC with a puppet, it could stop policing campaign finance rules and allow unlimited dark money to flood our elections. We can’t let that happen. Call the White House and demand an FEC commissioner who will enforce the law.
