PQQ rich foods: parsley, kiwi, green tea, papaya, kefir water
Sulfur rich foods: yellow and colored ones, garlic,onion,kale
Vit C rich foods: citrus
Vit A, omega 3 rich foods: walnut,avocado
Sugar is not good for the skin.
Immune boosters: red colored (beets), Vit C rich and sulfur rich, PQQ rich, probiotic (yogurt), prebiotic (garlic)
