Why work with me?

I helped sent 7 nieces to college and my own 2 children. I ensured our senior clients are comfortable, as I taught our caregivers to give them massage and prepare healthy foods, help with mobility and exercise and avoid emergency. This is for my home care agency business, owned since 2014. And then I found out that many of the children of my clients don’t have long term care insurance. I started my retirement planning business focusing on saving tax free using IUL, index universal life insurance, access to funds during illness and index annuities with income doubler for home health.

And also found out that most homeowners don’t have revocable living trust, so I help review their trust and fund it with tax efficiency. I have been living in the bay area since 1992, was a pharmacy tech instructor, childbirth educator, and many odd jobs to help seniors, caregivers and retirees.
