I learned my lesson that without knowing my blood test results regularly can mean not controlling a health issue that can turn into a chronic disease in the future that I would regret.

When my mom turned 83, we discovered that she had liver cancer and her blood test every 7 days shows the status of the chronic illness. We were not proactive enough to do a blood test every month during the last 3 years when she complained of back pain and other aches and pains.
