I learned my lesson that without knowing my blood test results regularly can mean not controlling a health issue that can turn into a chronic disease in the future that I would regret.
When my mom turned 83, we discovered that she had liver cancer and her blood test every 7 days shows the status of the chronic illness. We were not proactive enough to do a blood test every month during the last 3 years when she complained of back pain and other aches and pains. We brushed it off as a need for her to rest more but even during the rest period she experienced more pain.
Yesterday, I spent $200 for a female blood test panel from Lab Corp as ordered by Life Extension where I am a wholesaler.
Hopefully, my blood test will show my weak areas and be proactive to prevent chronic illness in the future.
