Being a mother is an unselfish act
It demands time, patience and lots of loving care
For we mother others to give us the drive and meaning to each day
Each day is a prayer, endurance and love.
Being a mother calls our utmost loyalty
Devotion, hugs and kisses and loving words
With lots of hard work
But the unconditional love we receive from our children
Are our guide, inspiration and lifeline
We learn to forgive and so we impart the same love and forgiveness to our children

We all deserve to have the best
The best love from our children
We expect no returns
We only give us mothers
We laugh, love and enjoy each moment
as if it were the last….
