Reduce sugar intake, eat citrus (add lemon in your water), avoid over ripe fruits, add probiotics or pickled veggies, eat whole foods (sulfur rich such as onions and garlic and yellow colored ones), drink water 30min before and 30min after a meal, eat walnuts/avocado, eat potassium rich foods and seaweed, limit salt, eat your lean meat 4hrs before bedtime, sleep before 11pm (>7 hrs), add yoga in your exercise plan and stretching and eat soft boiled eggs (1 a day).
