- Soak snails for 30 minutes in salt water and clean them.
- Saute garlic, ginger, onion and parsely in olive oil.
- Mix snail and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add coconut milk and water and then salt and pepper.
- Add other veggies such as saluyot or bamboo shoots.
- Cook for 30 minutes in slow heat.
- Serve immediately.
