- Lymphedema (blockage in the lymph system)
Consume colored whole foods rich in Vitamin C, sulfur (garlic) and in minerals and vitamins to maintain proper electrolyte balance of potassium and magnesium (5:1).
The cell membrane is weak leaking out fluids. Strengthen your cell membranes with resveratrol (berries, nuts), eggs/food fats/omega 3 and avoidance of trans fat and sugar.
