I feel I’ve aged terribly in just a few years over stress. Are there some ways to reverse the damage?

My answer to I feel I've aged terribly in just a few years over stress. Are there some ways to reverse the damage?

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

Sleep, play with children and nature, attend stand-up comic shows or watch them live, laugh more and surround yourself with happy and positively nurturing people and environment such as music, good friends and whole foods.

Avoid toxins of all forms: fights, pollution, traffic, disorganization and live simply.

Try low carbs ketogenic diet for brain food and focus on colorful foods (sulfur rich ones are cleansing such as ginger, turmeric,garlic,onions,yams,greens,fish/omega 3).

Use moisturizer and facial sun-blocks. Add Vitamin C,D3, B complex and E in your dietary supplements.

Get a massage, foot soak (EPSOM salts with rosemary essential oils). Cleansing essential oils: eucalyptus, peppermint and lemon grass.

Spend 30min each day with gym coach, for cross-fit (use lighter weights) and/or learning some dances.

Volunteer and help others, it will lift up your spirits.
