Exhaustion, lacking in energy, needs some exercise with sunshine (vit D3), folate, Viamin B complexes and good fats (walnuts,avocado,eggs).
Probiotics and pickled veggies can help balance the microbiome in our gut which is a source of serotonin.
Balance in serotonin and dopamine helps us be sane.
Volunteer ,nurture and de-stress (massage,sleep,whole foods) can help.
