Yes. Use your brain or lose your it.

But remember that mental health is also affected by our gut microbiome, so add probiotics, pickled veggies or acidophilus in your diet/supplements.

Avoid stress. Vitamin B complex and sleep can lessen it.

Sleep more. Exercise your body to grow your neurons.

Get sunshine, walk in nature or take Vitamin D3.

And eat more whole foods or a low carbs ketogenic diet.

All the above will help you especially when you avoid drugs (include smoking and alcohol) or medications that affect your brain (narcotics,prescribed or OTC).
