It is much harder to care for your own mother than of other clients I have in the past. With my own mother, I cannot sleep to make sure she is not in pain. I massaged her feet and body with so many oils and creams. I watched her throughout the night and keep vigil of any changes to her body.
Now that she is gone and free of pain, her spirit live on and always beside me. I cry and remember and always wishing she is at my side.
I remembered her last words that I stay at my current job and have medical insurance.
I will hug my clients more to remind me that my mom is at my side giving me her healing hands and love for others.
