In countries where there is less sunshine. Vit D helps in the absorption of important minerals, calcium and magnesium. Most of our body cells function in the presence of calcium and magnesium rich whole foods – happy foods (nuts,fish,whole foods). Social interaction is less in the West, where it is not as populous as the East.
