Pakistan.
This may seem surprising at first, but Pakistan is the clear choice for the disgruntled American conservative when you look at it logically.
- Pakistan has very low taxes. Less than 2% pay any income tax at all.
- The national government is limited and most of the power rests in the states (provinces) which have a great deal of autonomy
- Traditional law-and-order justice system. Criminals are not coddled, and they are not set free on technicalities.
- Society is based on strong, traditional, religious values. There is prayer in schools, and same-sex marriage is illegal. Divorce is rare, and families stay together.
- Abortion is illegal except to save the life of the mother.
- Pakistan has a deep respect for the military. Politicians consult with them on any major policy decisions. Hippie-style anti-war advocacy or flag-burning is simply unthinkable.
- Pakistanis have tremendous pride in the their country. Patriotism is seen as a virtue and admired.
- There are very few environmental and labor regulations to hold back innovation and small businesses.
- Strong gun culture. Gun ownership is widespread and an important part of rural life.
Now granted, they will have to convert to Islam to fully enjoy this conservative nation, but if they are willing to renounce their country because their guy didn’t get elected, changing their religion should be a simple matter.

Some have interpreted this answer as a joke, but it is not intended in that way. Conservative values are not something unique to America, but are found to differeing degrees in all cultures. I honestly think that as a nation, Pakistan best embodies what American conservatives consider to be traditional conservative values.
It may be amusing to realize that, but it’s not a joke. Devout Muslims value much the same things as devout Christians. The animosity we see is not based on values. It is based on labels.
I stand by this answer. If someone really feels they need to leave the US because it has become too liberal, Pakistan is the ideal destination. I can’t think of a nation that would even be a close second.
