Syndromes can still be in the early stage of Parkinson and just a slight manifestation of the actual Parkinson. Whole foods, exercise, music and other ways of detoxing (removing toxins,massage,sunshine,digestive enzymes,etc) can lessen the group of symptoms of Parkinsons (such as restless leg syndrome – add magnesium in the diet/supplementation).
