I resolve to :
- allocate 30 mins a day of exercise
- have less sugary desserts near me
- have more healthy foods each day
- sleep well at night using all holistic remedies
- communicate better and be understood
- learn more skills
- focus on clients needing help with in home care
- focus on health blog and aging hacks
- focus on family and helping them achieve their goals
- save for next trip to the Philippines – Palawan islands and other nature spots
