Vitamin B12 helps to produce red blood cells, myelin, DNA, and other neurological tissues. For this reason, it plays a key role in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system. B12 also helps to regenerate folate in the body.

Food sources:

Note: To counter any toxins, add Vitamin B3 supplement, tomatoes, lemon, coconut water, fiber-rich foods such as cabbage and wash produce with salt.
What to do before your medical test to get a normal reading in your blood pressure, urine and blood?
To boost your anti-oxidant level, drink fresh green juices. Eat raw eggs, load up on Vitamin C and B complex. Eat more fiber or use fiber powder as your sugar for your green tea. Sleep well the night before with required fasting. Crackers when your stomach gets hungry in the middle of the night. Lots of water with lemon.
Calm nerves by deep breathing, relaxation before a blood pressure test. Wear comfortable clothing and not restricted bras.
Walk and take in fresh air.
