1. infection and inflammation (virus,fungus,stress,others, concussions,trauma,bacterial,parasitic,microbial,)
2. toxins from environment (radiation, pollution, second had smoke,) and food/alcohol/smoking which creates damaging gut microbes and harms our organs (pancreas harmed by sugar)
3. nervous system disorder: depression, panic, neurological which affects (decreases) our immune system
4. unknowns (genetics ~20%) and lifestyle (sleep late and less than 6hrs per day,night work, no exercise, no Vitamin D3 (sun exposure)
