What is the best treatment for of Alzheimer’s disease?

My answer to What is the best treatment for of Alzheimer’s disease?

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

Nurture, whole foods, exercise and less medications are my suggestions for extending the life of someone with Alzheimer’s disease.

Can we prevent these risks?

  1. Your risk for Alzheimer’s goes up as you get older. For most people, it starts going up after age 65.
  2. Women get the disease more often than men.
  3. Family history. People who have a parent or sibling with Alzheimer’s are more likely to get it themselves.
  4. Down syndrome . It’s not clear why, but people with this disorder often get Alzheimer’s disease in their 30s and 40s.
  5. Cleanse your body from parasites. It destroys the liver, blood and brain and over time can cause cancer.
  6. Head injury. Some studies have shown a link between Alzheimer’s disease and a major head injury.
  7. High cholesterol levels
  8. High blood sugar
  9. High blood pressure
  10. Lack of Exercise/Musculoskeletal Disorders (lack of Vitamin D)
  11. Environmental toxins (food,etc)
