Chew a little longer when eating and do eat whole foods and high fiber. Cravings mean that you body is needing more nutrients such as magnesium and other nutrients. Exercising before eating can burn more calories. Cool down with a stretch before eating. Stretches are best done after exercising, when your muscles are warm and more elastic.
