Sleep before 10pm, avoid sugar and processed foods, eat the skin of sweet potatoes and high fiber whole foods, eat one meal a day of low calorie ketogenic diet, add probiotics and digestive enzymes, get a back support wrap or garter for your waist during the day, work standing every hr at work, do back bends, jumping rope, and deep breathing from pilates/yoga and many more tips from others.

Women need fat during menopause. It is the feeling of health and not the appearance of being sexy that matters. You can choose attire or clothing that can show off your curves.

Starting in our 40s, we have to prepare for menopause by eating whole foods rich in Vitamin Bs and omega 3, exercising 30 min a day and getting good sleep.
